There are several short duration shots used in this music video and there are several shots in the music video where the lyrics match up with the visuals, including examples such as "come take my hand" as he literally holds out his hand as if he expects someone to grab it. Another example would be "You can try and reads my lyrics off of this paper", as he actually picks up a sheet of paper with writing on it and tosses it towards the camera, and there's another shot where he sings "you been down the same road" as he points at the viewer and then lowers his hands with his palms facing the ground.
The music is steady paced and climatic, as it portrays the angry mood that the artist has regarding society, and the shots where he is seen smashing down a wall and making gestures aimed at his audience (with an angry expression) are good examples of instances where the music matched up with the visuals effectively.
There are also some motifs in the music video, as there are several shots where the artist is seen standing on the top of a building on the very edge of it, as if he is about to commit suicide, and some other shots where he is seen walking around in the basement looking frustrated
